At Clam's Handmade Cakes we are committed to providing an excellent service. If you have sent Cakes, or indeed received a gift with which you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments we need to know if we can improve, and will do all we can to put it right for you. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.

 

2. All Clam's Handmade Cakes products may contain nut traces

 

3. We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure there are no last minute hitches to getting your Cakes delivered on time.

 

4. Any offers we make are designed to be used independently, and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

 

5. No order is accepted by Clam's Handmade Cakes until the order has been checked & approved. If there is a problem we will e-mail you within three working days.

 

6. We may change these terms and conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales and you should therefore check the website prior to each order to ensure that you have read and understood the current version of our terms and conditions.

 

7. In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. However, if this would prevent us from meeting your required delivery date, we will send suitable substitutes of the same or higher value and contact you afterwards.

 

8. We deliver anywhere in mainland UK.

 

9. We do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays

 

10. If you order goods from our standard service, delivery will be made within Five to Seven working days of our acceptance of the order.

 

11. We reserve the right to obtain further security information from our customers for orders over a set price. Please note this may affect the arrival date of your order should we be unable to contact you.

   

12. Prices are exclusive of VAT. However, VAT will be added to the cost of delivery.

   

13. In the case of perishable goods, you may amend or cancel your order by contacting us three hours after the order was made, any cancellation or amendment after this time will be refused

 

14. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
